Michelle Hardy

Michelle currently is the Principal at the Skin Spa International College Of Beauty located in Harare, Zimbabwe.
Her passion for beauty and the industry started at a young age and straight out of school, she enrolled at Silvana Academy of Natural Healthand Beauty Therapy where she graduated as the top student for both ITEC and CIDESCO syllabi.
From 2006 to 2010 she worked at the Silvana Academy Of Health AndBeauty Therapy as a Lecturer after gaining her lecturing diploma in 2006 where she then went on to produce 100% pass rates towards thefinal year of her tenure at Silvana Academy.
The next 5 years, took her to the cruise ships where she workedaboard several luxury cruise liners for Steiner Transocean as atherapist first and then ultimately a spa manager. This saw hercontinue her role of training whilst providing high quality service in one oneof the toughest environments in the industry. After leaving the ships,she returned to Zimbabwe where she has been at the Skin SpaInternational College of Health and Beauty, continuing to provideexceptionally high pass results once again.
